MOKO Home Returns & Cancellation Policy

MOKO Home is a family-run business; we strive to constantly provide excellence in our product and customer services. It is important to read through and acknowledge the policies we have in place to ensure that you understand and make the most of your consumer rights. 

Instore Purchase Cancellations – Within 24H’s Of Purchase & Before Delivery 

MOKO home has a 24-hour cancellation policy to accommodate all customers who change their minds about a purchase. This policy is at your discretion as we would like to think our customers are happy with their purchases. Within 24 hours of purchasing an item or placing an order, you can cancel your transaction. We will accept cancellations if you have ordered an item from stock, available for immediate delivery. Please contact us by emailing ko@mokohome.ca or calling on 705-241-2549. After we have processed the receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund in the same method as your original payment.

Instore Purchase Cancellations – After 24H’s

You may claim a refund within 10 days of your in-store purchase, however, you will be charged a small fee to cover any costs we incur. For example, if we have placed an order with a manufacturer or have incurred delivery costs from the manufacturer to our warehouse. In most cases, only a 15-25% restocking fee is applied. 

Online Purchase Cancellations

Cancelling an online order can be done within 10 days of placing the order. If you decide you want to cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your cost and ensure they are properly packaged in their original packaging. Once the goods have been received back at our warehouse, we will inspect them to make sure they are unused and in a resalable condition. If the goods have been used or are damaged, we may make a deduction to your refund. If you choose to use an independent carrier, it is advisable to ensure you can track your delivery back to us and have adequate insurance against damage during transit. If the goods are unused and undamaged, we will provide you with a refund, however, we will apply the manufacturer’s restocking fee. Once we process the receipt of your returned goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days in the same payment method as your original order.

Special Orders Made To Your Specification.

Some of our furniture is customized to your specifications. If this is the case, regardless of how your purchase was made (in-store or online), your order cannot be cancelled.    

Faulty Items 

In the unlikely event that there is a fault or problem with your purchase, please email us immediately at ko@mokohome.ca with images of the box and damage. This must be done within 10 days of receiving your purchase. We will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
